As we embark on our new normal, the Kroc Center has placed new guidelines in effect for our visitors and our staff as we begin our soft re-opening. Our programming will be returning with a few classes very soon, including yoga, zumba, and sign language. More details will be provided on these very soon, in the meantime, take a look at our new codes of conduct for both guests as well as our staff that are in place to "Be A Shield" to our community in Ashland County.
GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
Entry
All guests and visitors must go through each station before fully entering the facility:
Guests must conduct self-assessment and not enter the facility if they are exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.
Guests should bring their own mats, bands, balls and/or equipment, when appropriate.
No food or drink can be taken in by members unless otherwise permitted. (Water bottles that are already filled are permitted.)
Check-in upon arrival at facility.
Guests will be asked health screening questions at check-in and may be subject to temperature checks.
Beyond Check-in
All guests and visitors must wear a cloth or disposable facemask (may be removed during physical activity/exercise)
All guests must clean equipment before and after each use
All guests must wash hands per posted CDC guidelines
No showers are permitted at this time
No contact of any physical kind is permitted, except when safety requires “spotting”.
All guests and visitors must maintain 6-feet of distance at all times
When participating in class training, do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to class.
No socializing or extra-curricular activities.
Guests should notify a staff member if symptoms develop while at the Kroc Center.
Exit
Guests are highly encouraged to follow CDC guidelines outside of the facility
to mitigate risk of transmission.
Guests must take home workout clothes and equipment/supplies in a closed bag.
STAFF CODE OF CONDUCT

All staff must go through each station before fully entering the facility:
Beyond Entry
All staff must wear a cloth or disposable facemask
All staff must clean shared workspaces and equipment before and after each use
All staff must wash hands per posted CDC guidelines
No showers are permitted at this time
No Direct Contact of any physical kind is permitted, except in case of an emergency
All staff must maintain 6-feet of distance at all times
Staff are responsible for following and ensuring guests follow the code of conduct
Notify supervisor if developing symptoms while at the Kroc Center
Exit
Clock-out/ check out
Staff are highly encouraged to follow CDC guidelines outside of the facility
to mitigate risk of transmission.
Staff must immediately report potential known contact with the virus.
